What is life coaching?

Life Coaching is a partnership designed to facilitate the creation of personal or professional goals and to develop and carry out a strategy for achieving those goals. A Life Coach helps people clarify and articulate what they want most from life and how best to achieve it. Coaching helps people get past their obstacles in order to create the results they want in life, work, relationships and spiritual growth. Coaching is like having a “personal trainer for your soul.” A coach  does not tell people what they should do; rather ask powerful questions in an effort to help the client find the answers that always lie within. Coaching is particularly helpful if you feel out of balance. If you feel something is missing but can’t put your finger on it; if you want to pursue a new career or change jobs; if you feel stuck or perhaps you simply want more joy in your life. 



Coaching is NOT therapy, counseling or advice giving and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, legal, medical or other professional services. Coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Coaching is not for helping people with serious emotional problems. Coaching is about creating results, not dealing with crises.

What am I offering?

  • Discovery Call: A free, 30-minute introductory session to evaluate if we are a good fit. 

 

  • Mapping Session:  Figure out where you are in your life map, where you want to go and directions to get there in this 90 minutes session.

 

  • Package of 6 sessions: Learn to navigate your path and find tools to make it easier as you travel to your North Star in six sessions of 60 minutes each.  You may use these weekly or biweekly or monthly.

 

  • Package of 14 sessions: Deep dive into what is possible for you to achieve and how to make your dreams come true, in weekly 60 minutes sessions.

 

  • Single session: 60 minutes.  If you are looking to get a flavor of what coaching can do for you before you make a commitment for the package.  Or if you want to add a few extra sessions after you complete your package
