
Meditation and Mindfulness

I started meditation practice more regularly in 2017. I needed help dealing with the stress of daily grind. Work, parenting, health challenges and balancing life was not easy. Once I felt practicing daily was helpful, I decided to dive deeper. I participated in a comprehensive training lead by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach to become a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher.

My goal was to deepen my own practice and learn more about how and why it works. The science behind the ancient art of mindfulness and meditation fascinates me the most. As I moved through the training, I learned more about the latest scientific research in the field of mindfulness and meditation. I experienced enormous benefits for myself since my practice got stronger. It became clear to me that I needed to share my lessons with the world. So, here we are! ​
What am I offering?

Six one hour virtual sessions (one-on-one) to learn “Basics of Mindfulness and Meditation". You will learn the science and techniques tailored to suit specifically for you. I will support you to develop daily practice by frequent e-mail/text communications between sessions. Contact me using the link below.

Small group, virtual sessions of guided meditation. You will be able to ask me questions at the later part of the session. See “Events” tab for upcoming sessions.
